You can select rows of date on the Subs, Equipment, Other, Materials, and Labor Tab, copy those rows, and then paste them into another program.
To copy one row, right-click on it (Subs, Equip, and Other Tabs) and select Copy or select it and press <CTRL>+<C> on your keyboard (Materials and Labor Tabs).
To select multiple rows either:
- Click on the first row, hold down the CTRL (to select non-adjacent rows) or SHIFT (to select adjacent rows) and click to select that row or all rows in between (to copy all rows, select the first row, press (and hold down <Shift>), scroll to the bottom of the Tab and click the last row).
The rows turn blue when the mouse button is released.
- Right-click on one of the blue highlighted rows and select Copy (Subs, Equip, and Other Tabs) or press <CTRL>+<C> on your keyboard (Materials and Labor Tabs)
- Open whatever application into which you want to paste the information and press CTRL+V to Paste the data
