As you already know, on the Image Tab, you use the Navigation toolbar to go to the various pages in a Bid.

ALT TEXT

  • The Pages drop down indicates what page is currently being viewed and allows you to select a specific page quickly from a list of all pages in the current Bid.
  • The Previous Page and Next Page arrows open pages in sequential order.
  • The Back and Forward arrows function like standard browser going back and forth through the previous views (what you last saw in the Image window).

You can make the most of that Page Navigator by taking a few minutes to organize your plans:

  • Update Sheet Name and Sheet Numbers (Page Number is determined by the Page's position in the grid in the Cover Sheet)
  • Collate Pages so that "like" pages are closer to each other
  • Assign Disciplines and Page Folders to group pages into collapsible folders

We cover each of these concepts in the Related Articles and the articles that follow. First, up, renaming your Pages so they represent the actual Sheet/Plan information correctly.

Note
In Tools > Options you can set options to show or hide the Page Number and Sheet Number, however the Sheet Name always displays.
