Can I pay my Maintenance Renewal through Customer Portal?
Yes, on the Quotes Tab, you see all active Quotes. If you want to pay on an expired Quote from the Order History Tab, contact your Customer Success Manager, shown on the Home Tab.
Can I purchase new software through Customer Portal?
Although you can pay for software purchases through the Customer Portal, you must contact our Sales department to order/purchase software, contact your Customer Success Manager, shown on the Home Tab.
Can I change my authorized users/Contacts through Customer Portal?
Yes, if you are an Administrator, you can add and edit your company's portal users on the Users Tab.
Can I transfer, block, or suspend licenses through Customer Portal?
No, at this time you must contact your Customer Success Manager, shown on the Home Tab, to perform any license management.
Can I submit a new Support Issue/Case/Ticket through the Customer Portal?
Not at this time, please see Getting Help and Contacting Support.
Can I update my credit card information through Customer Portal?
Yes, under "My Settings", there is a section where you can edit your payment methods, see Related articles for more information.
