This version of On-Screen Takeoff 3.98 has been replaced by 3.98.08.52, please upgrade at your earliest convenience as there are numerous features and bug fixes you're missing. Changes- Takeoff Boost is a subscription-based feature and requires its own, unique license key, separate from your OST (takeoff) license key
Fixes- ON-4802 - The Learn More link in the Project Express dialog box was not linked correctly and didn't work
Known Issues- There are a few Known Issues related the Annotation & View and 3rd View Windows. Please see the Release Notes for those versions for details: On-Screen Takeoff 3.98.05.57 (Release: 2022.1.0 - OST) - 01/10/2022
- Flipping (vertically or horizontally) some Linear and Area takeoff objects causes them to recalculate with fractionally different Results
- The Image Folder button on the Cover Sheet sometimes disappears when user hovers over the field, making it difficult or impossible to click on the button - Bug# ON-4556
- If you CUT and paste takeoff from one Page to another, the blue "takeoff" indicator does not get updated in the Page Navigator until you leave the Image Tab and return - (Case 02230614) Bug# ON-4728
- Area Backouts within a Zone are shown as "unassigned" negative values on the Takeoff Tab - (Case # 02171995) Bug # ON-4441
- Some users of 3.98.06.19 and newer installers have experienced issues with the EXE installer not running correctly on their machines. If you have any trouble installing OST 3.98.07.58, please Contact Support and we'll be happy to get you up and running just as quickly as possible.
- ON-5328 - the View (3rd) Window closes when you close the Auto Count preview window
- ON-5366 - in the Layers window, you cannot use the up arrow to move a Layer up in the list - workaround is to move the layers above the selected layer down
- ON-5323 - When you install On-Screen Takeoff 3.98.08, the Boost toolbar/button may not be visible, click View > Toolbars > Boost to see the new toolbar/button
- If you use the "Reset All Settings" option in the Option dialog box, the Boost toolbar will be turned off
- ON-5320 - While Takeoff Boost is processing, if you open the Bids Tab and attempt to close OST or the database, cancel, and return to the Image Tab after Takeoff Boost results have been written to the database, the takeoff displays, but the Boost Conditions Results do not update until you adjust any piece of takeoff on the Page or navigate to another Page and back
- ON-5391 - Takeoff Condition Result quantities disappear after setting Decimal Places to Floating
