Project Express enables you to send and receive Bid data to and from other users of On-Screen Takeoff. There are three mandatory items you must have in order to use Project Express:
On-Screen Takeoff 3.6.0 or newer and a valid license for TKO.
If you do not have a license, the Project Express tab will not be enabled.
Your Support and Upgrades subscription must be up to date.
NOTE: Each time you send files via Project Express, refresh your Inbox or Outbox or refresh the Account Information dialog, your support and account subscription is checked to verify that your support has not expired. If your Support and Upgrades subscription with On Center Software has lapse, you will not be able to use Project Express and you will receive an error message.

All first time users of Project Express are required to register.
When you have these three items in place, you are able to access Project Express and:
Check your account information for the latest updates.
Send files via Project Express.
Refresh your Inbox and Outbox with the latest sent and received files.
The server that provides the Project Express function time stamps with Pacific Time. Even if you are in another time zone, when you send or receive a file, you will have to adjust the time stamp plus or minus Pacific Time.
