Refreshing the Inbox and/or Outbox will ensure that you are seeing the most current information.
The Inbox and Outbox are refreshed separately. Click the button next to the Current Folder drop down menu. When this button is clicked, only the box you are currently viewing will be updated. Your support and account information is also checked and if verified, the latest sent or received files will appear in the file log.
The Project Express tab will automatically simultaneously refresh the Inbox and Outbox when you enter the tab if your account is active.
If you have not selected to have your login information remembered, the Project Express Login dialog will appear each time you choose to refresh.
To download a file from your Inbox:
Double-click on the file you wish to open.
A status dialog will appear displaying the status of your download.
Once the download is complete, you are asked if you wish to open the file. Click to open the file.
If you have already downloaded this
file, you will receive a confirmation request asking if you would like
to open or re-download the file.
Warning: When you choose or , this will import the entire bid and will overwrite the bid if it already exists in any database.
When the download is complete, you are taken to the Bids tab. The file is now listed and available for you to open.
