The Takeoff Boost toolbar includes the Takeoff Boost button (or the Try Takeoff Boost button if you are not authorized to use Takeoff Boost). Takeoff Boost is an automated takeoff tool that allows you to upload a plan to the service, have it analyzed, and then Linear, Area, and Count Conditions and takeoff are added to the Page automatically. See Takeoff Boost Overview for more details.
The Boost toolbar is not visible by default, to see it, you just need to click View > Toolbars and put a check in front of Boost.
