DPC - 03.02.06 Review Budget Tab Prior to Sending Bid to Field

Before the Project Manager sends a DPM Project file to the Foreman, he or she must review the Budget Tab and note the "Estimated (Budget) Hours". The Project Manager includes this number in the Subject of the Project Express file or e-mail he or she sends so the recipient can differentiate between files (and as a final double-check to make sure the Bid is updated correctly on each party's machine).
Click on the Budget Tab
Click the View as Hours radio selection - this just sets the Budget Tab to display more precise information, it doesn't change the information
Note the Total Estimated (Budget) Hours:
Include the Total "Est. Hrs." in the Subject line of the outgoing DPM Package message.
