This is a Hotfix to the withdrawn version of 4.99.00 that fixes bugs discovered after the original release (4.99.00.23). The notes below include the Features and Changes from the original release. Features- Generate and print the Schedule of Values Detailed Report
- Round Up, Down, or to the Nearest Container on Materials Tab
- Search for Items in Items List by Code, Section, Cost Code, Type, Manufacturer, or Description
- Option to show and hide the Section, Material Cost Code, Labor Cost Code, Type, and Manufacturer columns in the Item List
- Option to add Item Sizes, Styles, and Product Number columns in the Items List
- Select multiple criteria when filtering on the Master Items list
Changes- When printing the Items List, it automatically prints in Landscape or Portrait mode, depending on how many columns are selected and the width of those columns.
Fixes- Using Duplicate and Reassign takeoff (OST) in some interactive bids causes an item to increase exponentially in quantity
- Unable to duplicate bids when bids list is grouped by job status and bid numbers sorted from greatest to least (affected OST but only interactive bids)
- Fixed from original 4.99.00.23 release: When using an SQL Database, the filters did not work in the Master Items dialog box.
- Fixed from original 4.99.00.23 release: When using an SQL Database, when user attempted to add additional columns to the Masters Items dialog box, the program would crash.
Known Issues- If you are using Custom Reports, there is a bug in the most recent Quick Bid installers were the folder created on OCS Documents\Quick Bid\ is "Custom Reports" (with a space) instead of "CustomReports". Remove the space so Quick Bid can locate your custom report files.
