Learning Goal
The goal of this chapter is to explain to you how you can make final adjustments to your bids including allocating Equipment, Subs, and Other expenses to Bid Areas and changing the Selling Price for a Section or the entire Bid.

When you add Equipment, Subs, and Other expenses, you may have used Assemblies from the Masters. These are great starting points but may require a little 'fine-tuning' before you considering your Estimate done.

Also, you may want to run a "What if" scenario to "play with the numbers" a bit to determine your lowest possible Selling Price, a set Selling Price, or even adjusting the overall Profit to a set percentage.
