Sometimes, you may be working on an older Bid, or you duplicate an older Bid but want to update it to the current pricing in your Masters. Quick Bid provides options for updating Material pricing in a Bid, based on what is shown in your Master Item. (See Related Articles if you are looking for instruction on refreshing Labor Rates.)

Refresh Material Prices
To set the price of all Materials in a Bid to those stored in the Master Items, click Bid > Refresh Material Prices.
You will be prompted to confirm the action.
Refreshing Material Pricing 'unaccepts' any eQuotes you previously awarded. The pricing is set to whatever is shown in the Master Item and the Supplier is removed from the Materials Tab grid.
This cannot be undone. Once you've updated the Material Pricing, you can always go back and edit pricing again and accept/award any eQuotes you see fit.
