Versions 4.97 and earlier called this the Labor "Pricing" tab.
The Labor Cost tab is used to define how Quick Bid calculates Labor for an Item.
The Labor Pricing tab displays two grids: installer information and production rates. The drop down “Labor Pricing method” controls how the labor costs is applied (UOM, Style, Piece, or Container) which is dependent on how you configure the Sizing tab.
These settings establish the total direct cost of the crew which excludes Burdens (additional payroll costs such as tax and union dues), Markups (overhead/profit), and Indirect Expenses (costs associated with stocking, cleaning, supervision, and per diem). See Related articles for more information Payroll Settings.
So, let's dive in and start with the general information regarding Labor Pricing.
