Quick Bid - 02.06.06 The Markups Tab - Context Menus - QB

Depending on where the right-click occurs, you will see different options in the Context Menu.

Bids and Sections Grid Context Menu

Quick Bid Markups Tab Bid and Section grid Context Menu

Option What it does/How it is used...
New Markup Adds a Section that is not used in this Bid currently for which you want to configure Markups. Your specified Markups will be applied to this Section when it is used in this Bid.
Delete

Deletes a Section from the Bid. Not available if a Section is used in an Alternate or Change Order.

Warning
Everything in the Bid associated with this Section is deleted, including Conditions, Equipment, Other, and Subs along with their Markups and Indirect Expenses. Be sure you understand the ramifications of this action before proceeding - if in doubt, do not delete. This action cannot be undone.

You are prompted to confirm deleting a section because this cannot be undone

Although you can choose not to see this confirmation in the future, we recommend against disabling this prompt.

Expand/Collapse All Expands or collapses the Sections list.

Markup Detail Context Menu

Quick Bid Markups Tab Bid Markups section Context Menu

Option What it does/How it is used...
Show Decimal Places If you right-click within the Markup Detail region, you get a context menu where you can set the number of decimals displayed in the grid. This has no effect on calculations - the true values are stored in the database.
