To see the Additional Markups region of the Markups Tab, you may need to scroll down a bit, it is below the Markup Detail region. 
Additional Markups are costs associated with your Bid that are not tied to a specific Section or Division. Additional Markups are usually overall job expenses such as permits and inspections. See Related articles for more information on setting up Additional Markups.
