This replaces 3.95.02.51.

Fixes

This build fixes a timing issue in the original release of 3.95.02 that causes some users to "drop" their license after activation.

Known Issues

Licenses keys that fail to activate (no licenses available, invalid code, cannot connect), are removed from the historical list drop-down.
