ELM (Physical) must be installed on a physical server on which no virtualization software is running (Citrix, Terminal Services, etc.).
To use ELM in a virtual environment, you must purchase Enterprise License Manager - Virtual Server Edition.
ELM-Virtual Server Edition must be installed in a supported virtual environment - it cannot be installed on a physical machine.
