Symptom
Using the Digital Takeoff Table (original or II) with a Matrox TripleHead2Go device may result in some monitors not functioning correctly.
Cause
Matrox TripleHead2Go is a multi-display device that allows three monitors to display over a single video output. The Digital Takeoff Table will not work properly if connected directly to the Matrox device. Two video outputs from the main computer are required.
Using this configuration, the monitors connected to the Matrox device may not show video on all three screens.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, click Start > Control Panel > Display to open Display Properties by
In the Display Properties window, click Settings - you should see two monitors available
Because the Matrox monitors use only one video input, they should be stretched to at least "3072 by 768 pixels" - this will stretch the video across all three monitors
