10.02.03 Condition Detail - Notes

Condition Notes are a convenient way to communicate important information about a Condition such as specifications for how the Condition is built or special requirements.

The Notes area can be used to:

• Keep a record of unusual codes or out of the ordinary instructions for the Condition

• Communicate with field personnel by printing these notes in a Bid Summary, Production, or Field Report

• View notes from Conditions created in On-Screen Takeoff

• Document exactly how the Condition is built in the event it needs to be recreated

Printing Notes on Reports

Condition Notes can be shown on the Bid Summary Report, Field Report, and Production Report.

To show Condition Notes in a report,

• From the Bid Reports dialog

• Select the report(s) and click the Options button next to the report - the Modify Options for (selected report) dialog displays.

• Place a check in the box next to Show Condition Notes.
• Click OK to return to the Bid Reports dialog - run the report
