7.05.01 Named Sets

If a set of Bid Sections is common to every Bid, save them into a Named Set.

To save a set of Sections as a Named Set,

• Click Bid > Select Active Bid Sections...

• Click New at the bottom of the Select Active Bid Sections dialog

• Enter a name in the field that is added
• Place check marks in each Section to include with this Named Set
• Click OK to exit the dialog

Now, to set Active Bid Sections for a Bid, simply open this dialog box again and click the set to be used and click "Select". All of the associated Sections are marked "Active" for the current Bid.
