17.02.00 project express size limitations

On-Screen Takeoff includes a limited Project Express account for clients who maintain a Maintenance Subscription with On Center Software. 

• For the first year (after registering for a Project Express account), the introductory corporate account includes: a maximum 1 GB file size, unlimited monthly bandwidth, and you uploaded files will be available to download for 14 days from send-date.  During the first year, senders and recipients will receive e-mail notifications alerting them to sent/received files.
• After one year, the account becomes a standard, free account with a file limit of 100 MB, a monthly bandwidth of limit of 2 GB  (sending/receiving total), and files that are available for 7 days from send-date.  Basic accounts do not send e-mail notifications to the sender or recipient.  The only notification received by the recipient is on the Project Express Tab.

To see what type of Project Express/YouSendIt account is active, click the Account Info button:

This account is under the On Center Software first year corporate agreement.  Notice that the Type shows "oc_mpl" and that the Max. Downloads per File is 200 and the Max. File Size is 1GB.

The next account is no longer under the On Center Software first year corporate agreement and shows "BAS" (Basic) as the Type and no Account Code.  The Max. Downloads per File is reduced and the Max. File Size is 100MB.

To upgrade a Project Express/YouSendIt account:

• Click on the Project Express Tab in On-Screen Takeoff

• In the Project Express window, click the Account Info button

• In the Project Express Account Information window, click the Upgrade Account button
