4.03.09 help menu
The Help menu provides access to the online Program Help files (On-Screen Takeoff Help - <F1>), a link to find updates on our Web site (Check for Updates), access to Training Videos and the Online User Guide (Training Central), the ability to receive needed support from Technical Support (Support Central) and the version of On-Screen Takeoff (About On-Screen Takeoff...).

| Check for Updates | Checks the On Center Software web server for newer versions - if your license is under a current Maintenance Subscription.

Training Videos | Opens a web page where user can view the Training Videos for the application.

| Online User Guide | Opens a web page where the user can view an online version of the User Guide for the application.

Support Central
|
Request Support | Opens the Support Request Form web page where user can submit a request to Technical Support for assistance if the program is not operating correctly.

| Frequently Asked Questions | Opens a web page where the user can browse through many of the Frequently Asked Questions about the application.

| About On-Screen Takeoff... | Displays version information.

There are 3 buttons along the very top of the application that open a web page where you can quickly submit a Feature Request, request Technical Support, or ask our Training department "How to" questions.

Opens the Feature Request web page where you can submit suggestion for application improvement or new features.

Request Support

Opens the Support Request Form web page where you can submit a request to Technical Support for assistance if the program is not operating correctly. You must be under a Maintenance Subscription to receive technical support.

Opens the Training Request Form web page where user can review Frequently Asked Questions for quick answers to common issues or submit a question to our Training department about how to use the software.

The Training Central and Support Central menu provides quick access to Online Resources and makes working with On Center Software Support more efficient. These menu items open in your computer's default Internet browser and require an active Internet connection.
