Quick Start Wizards
On-Screen Takeoff makes getting started with the program easy using our Quick Start Wizards.
The Quick Start Wizards are designed to get a new user up and running right away. It's still important that you learn how to interact with On-Screen Takeoff. The Quick Start Wizards will help you get started, but are not designed to replace formal training. To get the most out of On-Screen Takeoff, take a little time to review this User Guide.
The Bids, Condition and Takeoff Wizards can be turned off if you are a seasoned user or once you are familiar with the function. If you are using On-Screen Takeoff in PlanViewer mode (no license), you will not see the Condition or Takeoff wizards.
To disable any Wizard
Simply place a check mark in the 
check box at the bottom of the Wizard and then, click the Red X 
at the top of the Wizard to close it.
To Re-enable the Wizards
You can turn the Wizards back on by clicking Tools>Options and clicking Turn on all quick start dialogs.
