Cannot Use Project Express - Support Expired
Project Express is available to clients who maintain a Support & Upgrades Subscription with On Center Software. When attempting to access or refresh the Project Express tab, you may receive an error message indicating your Support Subscription is Expired:
There are couple reasons this may happen:
- Your license is currently not On-Support with On Center Software - To check your status, contact Support by clicking Help > Support Central > Request Support from the application
- You are using an incorrect Client ID, use the Authorization Troubleshooter to ensure that you are properly licensed
