Duplicating an Existing Condition

Sometimes, an existing condition is similar enough to a condition you need that you can simply create a duplicate of it and make minor changes.

To duplicate an existing Condition:

1. Select the Condition from the Condition List and click the Duplicate icon , right-click a Condition and select Duplicate, or select the Condition and press <Ctrl> <D> on your keyboard
2. The duplicate shows up in the Conditions window
3. The duplicate has the same properties as the original Condition except for Cond. No. and Color
4. Double-click the new Condition to open the Condition Properties dialog box - the Condition Properties dialog box will open
5. Make whatever changes are necessary
6. Click OK to save the changes to your new condition
