Missing Image Assistant
If On-Screen Takeoff cannot locate the image files in the paths specified in the Cover Sheet, the Missing Image Assistant will assist with restoring the links. First, the Missing Image Assistant will launch explaining the problem. The user may then Reestablish the links or Ignore the issue and not view the image.

NOTE: If an image cannot be located or displayed, existing takeoff is unaffected. On-Screen Takeoff does not store the takeoff with/on the image itself - the image is simply displayed in the program and the takeoff is performed with the image as a backdrop. Takeoff is stored in the database, only a REFERENCE to the files is stored. |
If the user chooses to Reestablish the link, a Browse for Folder dialog box opens. Navigate to where this image currently resides and the click OK.
