You can import a Bid Package, a Takeoff Project file, or iSqft assemblies. Importing a bid is one of the easiest ways to share information between two users.
A Bid Package can include image files while a Takeoff file only contains the bid information (takeoff, conditions) without pages.
Bid Packages can be imported from the File menu or opened from an e-mail.

Select Import. The Import dialog appears.
Select Bid Package File (*.osp), and click . The Import Bid Package dialog appears.
Find your file, click it once to select it and click .
The file will be imported.
You will receive a notification if you are about to overwrite an existing Bid. You will be given the option to continue or cancel. If this bid already exists in this database, you can import it into another database.
