Sometimes, if you are working on an older Bid, or you duplicate an older Bid for a current project, you may need to update the Material Pricing to reflect what's in your Masters. Quick Bid allows you to "refresh" Material pricing in a Bid, based on your current Master Item Pricing. (See Related Articles if you are looking for instruction on refreshing Labor Rates.)

Refresh Material Prices

To set the price of all Materials in a Bid to those stored in the Master Items, click Bid > Refresh Material Prices.

You will be prompted to confirm the action.

Refreshing Material Pricing 'unaccepts' any eQuotes you previously awarded. The pricing is set to whatever is shown in the Master Item and the Supplier is removed from the Materials Tab grid.

This cannot be undone. Once you've updated the Material Pricing, you can always go back and edit pricing again and accept/award any eQuotes you see fit.
