OST - 17.08.02 - Replying to a Comment

There are a few ways you can reply to a Comment:

Replying to a Comment

  • You can open the Comment (either by double-clicking on the header in the Comments List or on the icon on the Plan) and reply in the Comment dialog box, or...
  • You can select the Comment's header in the Comment List and click Comment Reply button in the toolbar, this also opens the Comment dialog box...

Enter your name and add your Response in the "Comment" field. Again, if your company Requires Logins on this database, your name will be prepopulated.

Note
If you change the color when replying to a Comment, this updates the color of the icon placed on the Plan and the icon for the Comment itself, in the Comments List. This is a great way of color-coding comments that require attention versus have been Replied to.
