The Condition Detail dialog box is probably the single most important screen in Quick Bid.  Understanding the layout of the Condition Detail and how it is used lets you create and price Bids quickly and accurately.

Adding Material and Labor Items to a Condition

The Condition Detail consists of five key areas; Condition Information, Section Totals and Unit Pricing, Condition Notes, Item Detail Grid (also known as the just the Condition Grid), and Controls and Toolbar.

At first glance, the Condition Detail dialog box may be a little intimidating - don't worry, we'll cover each in of the five main sections in the articles that follow, and you will be a Quick Bid pro in no time!

Adjusting Materials and Labor in the Condition Detail

Once you've added Items to a Condition, you can make numerous adjustments. This video explains each of the columns in the Item Details Grid and what happens when you make changes.
