Quick Bid supports exporting a Materials file for import into Maestro* Technologies Accounting package. Our developers worked with Maestro* Technologies to determine exactly what they need to use our export.
On Center Software does not provide assistance with importing Materials Export Files into your Accounting package. Accounting packages are very complex and the vendor of your particular Accounting package is best equipped to support it.
To export materials to Maestro* Technologies Accounting software,
The exported file only includes items with Material Cost Codes. Equipment, Other, and Subcontractors are not included in this export. The Material File export allows you to update the material list in Maestro* based on the final Bid information from Quick Bid. For assistance importing a material file into Maestro, please consult your Maestro User Guide or Maestro's support.
