The Conditions tab displays a summary for each condition in the current bid. There are several ways to open this tab. From the Bids tab, you can click on the Conditions tab after highlighting a bid, double-click on a bid, or selecting it and pressing the Enter key on your keyboard.
To open the Condition Detail for a particular condition, double-click or select a condition and press Enter on your keyboard. You can also right-click on the condition, and select Show Condition Detail.
To
create a new condition, right-click anywhere in the window, and select
New Condition. You can also press Insert on your
keyboard, or select File>New>Condition from the main menu or click
the New button .

To group the conditions list by Condition Type, right-click anywhere in the Conditions tab window. Select Group by Type from the menu that appears.
Each column can be sorted by clicking the arrow in the column header.
Use the filter fields by Section, Area and Type. Click on the arrow in the Filter Field you wish to sort by. Scroll to your selection and click on it. The Conditions List will be based on your selection.

From the Area filter field, you can filter the condition by either Typical Areas or Areas.
The Typical Areas folder will list all the typical areas used in your bid. when you select typical areas from the list, the conditions list will only display conditions and quantity in the selected typical area and quantities assigned to that area.
The Areas folder lists all the areas used in your bid. When you select an area from the list, the Conditions list will only display conditions and quantity in the selected area. Under the Areas folder (All Areas) and (unassigned) will always be listed. If (unassigned) is selected, the Conditions List will display all conditions no assigned to a specific area.
The Quick Sum will display the number of conditions in the selected area and the total dollar amount for those conditions.
To view an Area or Typical Area in the Condition Detail dialog, double-click on the condition in the filtered list. The dialog will reflect quantities for pricing for that area only.
When selecting a specific Area or Typical Area, the Area and Quantity are not accessible. The Quantity reflects only that one Area or Typical Area.
