21.02.07 dwf support not installed

Problem

When trying to add DWF files to a project or access a DWF image in an existing project this error message displays:

DWF support is not currently installed.  Would you like to download and install it now?

Resolution

To view DWF files, Autodesk® Design Review (DWF viewer) must be installed.  Please perform the following steps to download and install these files.

• Close On-Screen Takeoff
• Make sure you are logged in as a LOCAL Administrator
• Download the DWF installer by clicking the following link: http://www.oncenter.com/support/downloads/autodesk/ (the file is approximately 724 MB - this will take some time to download, even over broadband.  If you are using a slower connection, this could take a considerable amount of time to download)
• Save this file to the Desktop or an easily accessible location
• Once the download is complete, double-click the file to run the installer - follow the prompts to install AutoDesk Design Review 2013

Once the installation is finished, re-launch On-Screen Takeoff - and add the DWF files to a project (or access an existing project containing DWF files).

• It takes a few moments to register the DWF viewer the first time a DWF file is displayed.  

Once DWF support is installed, you can convert DWFs to TIF files on the Image Tab.
