To Contact Technical Support
On Center Software support and advisors are available to help answer your questions. You can access the support department many ways by clicking Help > Support Central from the application. You will need an active Internet connection to use Support Central.
Click Request Support and the Online Support form will open in your default browser. Please be sure to fill in the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Company Name
- Your Contact information (e-mail and/or phone number) along with best time to reach you
- Windows Platform (2000, XP, Vista)
- Complete description of the problem
- Steps used to recreate the problem
Click Chat with Support and you will be directed to our online Chat service. During normal business hours, you will have immediate access to a Support professional to assist you.
Click Send a File to Support if an agent has requested that you send a particular database or image file to them. Be sure to note your Incident number and the agent assisting you in your e-mail.
Click On-Screen FAQ to visit our Frequently Asked Questions web page.
Click User Community to be directed to the User Forum on our web site. This is an excellent resource for users to connect with other users to ask questions about using the application.
Licensed Users who maintain a current Support and Upgrades Subscription with On Center Software can contact Support at 866-689-5687 during normal business hours.

From the Main toolbar, click the Request Feature button. The On Center Software Request a Feature Web page will open. Please provide your comments and suggestions here.
Please note, while On Center Software appreciates all feedback and suggestions, we are unable to respond to Feature Requests personally or provide updates on the status of a Feature Request.
Defects
If you have encountered a defect with our software, please use one of the Support options above and allow our of our Support Professionals to assist you with reporting the problem or troubleshooting.
