Importing Employee Lists
You can import a list of your employees into On-Screen Takeoff. There is a template located in the OCS Documents\OST folder named, Sample Employee Import.csv. If you open this file in your spreadsheet application, you'll see the various fields you can import. The image below has the required fields highlighted in Red - they will not be highlighted in the actual CSV file.
Once you have your CSV file created with all of your employees, open the Employees dialog box in On-Screen Takeoff by clicking Master > Employees.
Click Import, then browse to the location of your CSV file. Click OK and your employee list will be imported into the Employees Master Table.
